(November 2020) — InnerEthics® Basics. Guest Speaker at Neurodynamic Breathwork Training ONLINE. Taylor, K. with Busch, S. and Sparks, C. (October 2020). — InnerEthics® and SoulCollage®: Finding the Power and Beauty of Right Relationship. A Grof Transpersonal Training 21-hour module ONLINE. Discovering ethical “right relationship” with people in our lives, especially with clients if we work professionally with others, requires the same courageous approach to self-discovery that brought us to Holotropic Breathwork®. It is equally important for those of us who want to do this work, or to find right relationship to our own inner parts, as well as to the other people in our lives. InnerEthics® provides a no-blame model based on self-compassion and curiosity that supports a willingness to uncover and own our motivations, share with our peers what we have learned from ethical missteps, and make good choices on behalf of our clients and ourselves. Taylor, K. (September 2020) — “What is Mine To Do?” Workshop at World of SoulCollage®. Recorded for members. 1.5 hours. Taylor, K. (October 21, 2019) — InnerEthics® & Peer Supervision – A Webinar for the Association of Pre-and Perinatal Psychology and Health Taylor, K. with Vega, S. (September 2019) — Finding Right Relationship with Clients: An Introduction to InnerEthics®, A Santa Cruz CAMFT Sponsored Event — Marriage & Family Therapists welcome. 2 hours, 2 CEs. In the therapeutic relationship, it is relationship itself that is at the heart of healing. And ethics and integrity are at the heart of any healing relationship. Ethics codes and laws give us external help in navigating relationship challenges. Augmenting this external approach to ethics with an internal, self-compassionate, self-reflective path lets us get to know our own semi-conscious motivations, so we can provide greater client benefit and reduce client harm, particularly during profound moments with clients. Taylor, K. with Vega, S. (September 2019) — An InnerEthics® Workshop 6-Hour ethics workshop on understanding and using the InnerEthics® model described in The Ethics of Caring by Kylea Taylor. The workshop will provide language and tools for understanding and managing our own motivations (our fears and desires) to decrease client harm and increase client benefit. We’ll offer a brief introduction to SoulCollage®, an expressive arts method and optional personal practice that helps us to know our unconscious needs and longings. Fee: $150. CEs: 6 Credits – SoulCollage Inc. (#133654) Taylor, K. with Liska, T. & Busch, S. (July 2019). — InnerEthics® and the Journey Beyond Self: Finding the Power and Beauty of Right Relationship. A Grof Transpersonal Training Module, The Peace Castle, AUSTRIA. Discovering ethical Right Relationship with clients (and others in our lives) requires the same courageous approach to self-discovery that brought us to Holotropic Breathwork® and is just as important for those of us who want to do this work or find Right Relationship to our own inner parts and to the other people in our lives.

I sensed the depth of knowledge and experience that the presenter draws from. Well organized and fluid. She showed interest in participants’ questions and/or need for clarification. ~Carolyn Hanke, LCSW
The lecture slides were excellent info. Situations and role-play were very useful exercises. The insights that I gained from Kylea’s lecture and exercises allowed me to see deeper implications of the ethical issues I confront every day in my therapy practice and often in Holotropic Breathwork®. I will be a better therapist going forward. I am so glad I decided to change some other plans to be here!
